5TH - 8TH GRADE REGISTRATION FORMS

Please make sure you fill out all three forms and return them by their due dates

The first registration form you must submit to the Conservation District is the SCHOOL REGISTRATION FORM. This is your "intent" to participate in the 2009 York County Envirothon. This form is due by Friday, December 5, 2008. Please fill in the form completely and be sure to put a full mailing address for each coach on the back of the form.
The second registration form you need to complete and submit is the TEAM REGISTRATION FORM. This is the most important registration form! It must be submitted by Friday, March 6, 2009. This is the form where you enter your official team name and order your team & coach T-shirts. Please use one form per team!
Your third registration form is your STUDENT REGISTRATION FORM. You will fill out this form with your team member names and turn it in on the morning of the competition. Please use one form per team.
