New General NPDES package:

1). District application

2). District review fee

3). 3 Copies (1 original & 2 copies) Notice of Intent

4). NOI application checklist

5). NPDES fee $500.00 made to Clean Water Fund

6). Location map

7). PNDI results (less than 1 year old) Include impact clearance letters if proof of agency coordination is required.

8). Act 14 notices specifying Act 67 & 68 coordination and proof of receipts

9). 1 set Erosion & Sediment Pollution Control plan & narrative

10). 1 set PCSM plan and narrative

 

Non-permitted Erosion & Sediment Control plans:

 

1). District application and fees

2). 1 complete set of Erosion and Sediment Pollution Control plans and narrative.

 

We also offer a Single Lot Guide which may be used for residential sites meeting certain criteria as described on page 3 of the guide.  

NPDES administrative resubmission:

 

1). $500.00 Clean Water Fund fee

2). Items requested in administrative incompleteness letter.

 

Technical deficiency resubmission:

 

1). *25% of original fee for first resubmissions, 50% for second, full fee for each after.

2). Revised District application

3). 1 set of plans and/or narratives

 

General NPDES Major Modifications & Additional Phases

 

1). Updated complete Notice of Intent

2). Notice of Intent completed checklist

3). Current PNDI results  (Include impact clearance letters if proof of

agency coordination is required.)

4). Act 14 notices specifying Act 67 & 68 coordination and proof of receipts

5). $500.00 Clean Water Fund fee

6. Revised District application & fees

7). 1 complete set of Erosion and Sediment Control plans & narrative

8). 1 complete set of PCSM plans

 

General NPDES Permit renewals (An expired permit can not be renewed, a whole new permit package would need to be submitted)

 

1). 3 Copies (1 original & 2 copies) Notice of Intent including NOI checklist

2). $500.00 Clean Water Fund fee

3). Act 14 notices specifying Act 67 & 68 coordination and proof of receipts

4). PNDI results less than one year old (Include impact clearance letters if proof of agency coordination is required.)
