Right to Know Law

Please note that all emails and other communications sent to public officials may be deemed a public record and as a result, your identity and identifying information may be disclosed through a public records request.

As Right to Know Law requests can be submitted through our online process, all RTKL requests received by the York County Office of Open Records during periods that the Office is closed, after business hours, weekends, during emergency events and Holidays shall be dated as received on the next business day that the York County Office of Open Records is open to the public.
